Did you pause a dvd of your favorite shows to draw? My sister always did that to her Sailor Moon dvd's. She got me more into drawing watching her awesome drawing skills. She'd sometimes have us draw the same thing and see who can draw it best. Her skills were amazing but they couldn't compare to my ability to copy what I see. My lines just needed work and they still seem to need work.

I miss Tokyo Mew Mew. I used to watch it every Saturday.

I didn't! I actually own the manga series, even the little side series with Berry, so I would look at the book and read it :) That's cool!! That's how I started drawing by either pausing shows or movies(Tarzan, Teen Titans, Kim Possible) and drawing the pose on the screen. I found that I was a lot better at copying then. Now I'm better at drawing my own stuff it feels like xD
I never watched it, but I LOVE the manga!! :D

The books always seem to have more. So you must have a large library of manga :D I started by drawing my favorite characters from my video game books. I tried to draw all the characters from my Sonic 2 game on sega genesis. I still have them. I was 9 years old. Maybe it's a taurus thing! lol It was the same with me. Good at copying and now I draw my own things. I feel like mega man because every time I draw something that requires a new skill, it is kept inside and I can use it in other works.
(Is bothered that "I" is repeated in a column) Doh! I did it again DX now that's 4!

I wish I had a large library of manga!! But they're so expensive that I don't have a lot xD I'm a college student so I don't have a lot of money xD

I understand. Never mind about the "I"'s when I was typing it, they were directly under each other.Know what you mean about the cost so I would read them at the library (the ones that had most of the volumes in order). I've only owned 4 (2 from a different series) and my sister lost 2. I had Orphan and Ju-on. I used them for drawing references. I have characters from Orphen in my gallery here. I got it from the game book of the PS2 game Orphen: Scion of sorcery (has an awesome soundtrack). My sister wanted to borrow my Ju-on books and lost them. She said she'd pay me back but never did.

I have in all between 15 and 20...I buy one or 2 whenever I make my yearly trip into Powell's =P

I started to watch the anime as well back in 2007 but the episodes stopped showing on comcast demand.
She's my older sister, and with how I am, I'm not capable of making anybody do anything. Not even my little brother listens to me. I'm the middle child and was crushed between a rock and a hard place.
My sister has borrowed and destroyed a lot of my things over the years and haven't payed me back. Like the time she borrowed my pokemon yellow to play and my guide book. When I got it back, the pages were broken out of the spine. Another time, she broke my charger cord for my GBC (gameboy color) and didn't pay for it. Mom made me and my sister pay for my brother's when she was the one who broke his but I never got a new one. Most recently 2010, she borrowed my xbox 360 while I was in school because their 360 got the red ring and put mine in the red ring somehow and didn't do anything about it but tell me how I can fix it but used the money they got to fix theirs. So unfair. My brother always had a habit of stealing my things and no justice due to my parents spoiling him so rock and a hard place :x

Oh, I see!!!
O, that's too bad! My mom is a middle child and she told me that when I get married and have kids I need to have an even amount because she hated being the middle child.....I'm sorry that you have to deal with that :(
